About the Axis S2 sport

The S2 sport is the performance version of S4 – faster and with less initial stability it is the marine equivalent of an open sports car, but still within reach for the ambitious beginner, even in bad conditions. Designed for paddlers in the 45-65 kg weight range it will be a very capable touring touring surfski for light paddlers, a play and racing/work-out surfski for those in the upper part of the range. But since kayak hulls have a forgiving weight margin (it takes 14,1 kg to push the waterline 1 cm!), the S2 Sport will do fine with a 30 kg paddler (though a little wind sensitive) as well as a 80 kg paddler (though a little wet at times).

The S2 Sport is fitted with the SmartTrack rudder system and our nicely incorporated deck hatches.
